The Raex Automated Curtain System brings seamless automation to window coverings with an ultra-quiet motor operating at under 40dB. Designed with an extendable aluminium rail ranging from 2.3m to 4m, it simplifies installation by allowing on-site length adjustment for centre-opening curtain setups.
Powered by Shelly multi-protocol architecture, the system supports native WiFi, Bluetooth, and Matter connectivity out of the box. This provides effortless synchronisation with Apple Home, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, and Home Assistant without requiring an extra hub. Full local control via MQTT, open API, and an embedded web UI ensures reliable performance independent of cloud services.
Users can tailor curtain motion with three selectable motor speeds (75, 90, and 110 RPM) alongside custom preset positioning, scheduling, and automated scenes. The system also supports reverse direction, manual operation, external switch inputs, and direct control via Shelly BLU remotes.
