Featuring a dedicated pairing button, integrated WiFi range extender, and ESP32 C3 processor with scripting support, it enables effortless local and cloud automation for connected smart homes.

The Shelly BLU Gateway Gen3 functions as a dedicated Bluetooth-to-WiFi bridge, connecting compatible Shelly Bluetooth devices—such as the Shelly BLU TRV—to your local network and the Shelly Cloud. Operating on a compact USB-A form factor, it draws power directly from any standard 5V USB port for versatile, clutter-free installation.
Equipped with an ESP32 C3 microcontroller and 8 MB of flash storage, the gateway supports advanced home automation features including local scripting, MQTT, encryption, up to 20 schedules, and 20 URL actions with multiple webhooks. It also functions as a WiFi range extender, repeating existing 802.11b/g/n signals to improve wireless coverage throughout your premises.
Hardware controls include an external pairing button for swift device onboarding alongside a dedicated reset switch. Real-time visual feedback is provided through a multi-colour LED status indicator that details AP mode, cloud connectivity, pairing progress, and over-the-air firmware updates. The device supports local control via an embedded web interface as well as remote management through the Shelly Smart Control app.
