The Yealink MP45 is a purpose-built USB desktop phone tailored for Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business environments. Delivering a seamless plug-and-play experience, the MP45 powers and operates directly via a single USB connection to any PC running Microsoft Teams, requiring no additional driver installations or complex cabling. Centralised deployment and firmware upgrades are streamlined via the Yealink USB Connect utility.
Equipped with a 4-inch (480 x 800) capacitive touch screen and a physical dial pad, the MP45 provides tactile call handling alongside an intuitive user interface. Hardware controls include dedicated keys for volume adjustment, mute, speakerphone, hold, redial, headset switching, and a dedicated Microsoft Teams button for instant application access.
Voice calls benefit from Yealink Optima HD audio, supported by Yealink Noise Proof technology, Noise Suppression, Adaptive Jitter Buffer, and Automatic Gain Control. A full-duplex hands-free speakerphone with Acoustic Echo Cancellation (AEC) and a hearing aid compatible (HAC) handset ensure clear, natural conversations. The unit also features dedicated RJ9 ports for handsets and headsets, as well as a 2.5 mm jack for an optional busylight.
