What if the product I purchased isn’t working correctly?

We are more than happy to provide a direct replacement if the fault develops within 30 days of your order date.

If your product develops a fault after 30 days, the best thing to do is contact the manufacturer first so they can confirm the fault, and provide you with an RMA number. Manufacturer details can be found in our Technical Support FAQ.
