## Description

The MikroTik RouterBOARD RB960PGS is a compact and versatile five port gigabit Ethernet router, ideal for expanding network capacity in wired deployments. The device has a USB 2.0 port and a SFP port for adding superfast optical fibre connectivity, as well as PoE-Out on ports 2-5. Capable of delivering high throughput data transmission in a small form-factor, the MikroTik hEX is a great option for small business or home offices looking to broaden their network's reach while maintaining an easy deployment process.

The hEX RB960PGS is a small and intuitive Router with an 800MHz CPU, capable of all the advanced configurations that RouterOS supports. It encases five Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 ports in its compact chassis, as well as an SFP port for high-speed fibre connectivity and a USB A slot for additional hardware or storage.The RB960PGS is compatible with a number of powering methods, either with PoE-in for maximum deployment flexibility or a 48V DC jack. The hEX router can power 802.3af/at devices if the 48V DC input is used to power the unit.
Please note: the MikroTik hEX RB960PGS does not include a 48V power supply, which will need to be purchased separately to take advantage of the hEX's PoE-Out capabilities. For a suitable 48V power supply unit, click  here.
