## Description

The UXG-FIBER is a network gateway from Ubiquiti, featuring RJ45 ports with both 2.5G and 10G throughput, a 10G SFP+ port for superfast fibre uplinks, and PoE+ capacity with a maximum budget of 30W. Desk-mountable and compact, the UXG-FIBER is an ideal option for small businesses and home networks requiring extremely high-speed connectivity.

Ubiquiti's UXG-FIBER is a compact desk-mountable combined fibre gateway and four-port switch, emphasising both speed and reliability across a huge range of use-cases. It features 4 x 2.5GbE RJ45 ports for high-speed LAN connectivity, including a port with 30W PoE+ budget for access points, desk phones, IP surveillance cameras and more. In addition to its ethernet capacity, the UXG-FIBER also features 1 x 10GbE SFP+ port, and two 10G WAN ports - one RJ45, one SFP+.

The UXG-FIBER supports an aggregate routing throughput of 5Gbps for added network security, as well as a stateful application-aware layer 7 firewall, DPI and traffic identification, and content filtering to block malicious sites and traffic. For reliability in client-dense environments, the UXG-FIBER supports multi-WAN load balancing and advanced QoS, and is compatible with both OpenVPN and WireGuard for VPN capability.

For easy setup, the UXG-FIBER also features an intuitive plug-and-play design with minimal config required for use, and can be desk-mounted thanks to its compact chassis.

***Please note: Unlike the UCG-FIBER, the UXG-FIBER does not include a built-in Cloud Controller, and requires either Ubiquiti's Cloud Controller software or a device such as the UCK-G2-PLUS to operate.
