The GS108PP-100EUS offers 802.3af/802.3at PoE+ on every one of its 8 10/100/1000 Gigabit ethernet ports for super-flexible power delivery to your devices, as well as including an extremely compact form factor and being desktop, wall-mount and rack-mountable for added versatility. Also included is a flexible PoE budget through Netgear's exclusive FlexPoE technology, allowing you to increase your PoE budget as your needs grow.

The GS108PP is also able to automatically prioritise voice and video traffic - two applications known for being especially sensitive to jitter and packet loss, offering you the smoothest experience - and an aggregate bandwidth of 16Gbps for high-demand networks and applications. Larger file transfers can also be performed quickly as the GS108PP can support jumbo frames as long as your network is configured correctly, and the fanless design contributes to silent operation.
