The Netgear GS308EP-100UKS is a managed network switch featuring 8 10/100/1000 RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet ports, each of which support 802.3af/802.3at PoE+ (Power over Ethernet) for flexible power delivery to even the most power-hungry devices with no outlet nearby. The GS308EP-100UKS offers a suite of advanced features like Flow control, VLAN support, auto-uplinks (auto MDI/MDI-X) and a fanless design for silent operation, ideally suited for businesses or home offices looking to quickly and easily expand their network capacity.

The GS308PP can provide PoE+ on each one of its 8 10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 ports, as well as featuring audio-MDI/MDIX to eliminate the need for crossover cables. For easy status monitoring and troubleshooting the GS308PP includes LED indicators on the front, enabling you to monitor the health of the network at a glance.

Featuring a PoE budget of 83W and a non-blocking bandwidth throughput of up to 16Gbps, the GS308EP can provide connectivity and power delivery to bandwidth and power-hungry devices and can also support auto-negotiation to keep them running at maximum efficiency automatically.

The GS308EP's fanless design and Energy Efficient Ethernet contribute to extremely low energy consumption and running costs.
