## Description

The Ubiquiti U-POE is an 802.3af PoE Adapter for injecting power over your ethernet cable to 48 volt Ubiquiti wireless access points.  Your regular network switch is plugged in to the LAN port and the device you wish to power with PoE plugged in the PoE port.

The U-POE adapters provide a variety of features to help protect your PoE devices, including surge protection and clamping protection. Electrostatic discharge (ESD) is the leading cause for outdoor device failures. You can effectively protect against ESD damage using a grounded Ubiquiti PoE Adapter, TOUGHCableTM, and TOUGHCable Connectors.
**Please note: Ubiquiti does not manufacture this product with a UK power cable, they are all supplied with EU power cables. Each product is opened at the point of distribution in order to include the UK power cable, and during this process the manufacturer's seal is broken. Despite the seal being broken, this product is sold new and has not been used.
