The UPS 2U is a high-performance, line-interactive uninterruptible power supply designed to safeguard critical rack-mounted network equipment. With a total capacity of 1.5kVA (1200W), it provides reliable backup power and surge protection to prevent downtime and hardware damage during electrical anomalies.
The unit features eight C13 outlets in total: four dedicated to battery backup and surge protection, and four providing surge protection only. This allows administrators to prioritise essential hardware during outages. Additionally, the system includes two RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet surge in/out ports to protect data lines from transient spikes, alongside a dedicated 10/100 MbE management port for network integration.
Housed in a durable SGCC steel enclosure, this 2U rack-mountable unit features an intuitive front-panel status LED and a multi-colour light ring for clear, real-time diagnostic feedback. It utilises a simulated sine wave output in battery mode with a rapid typical transfer time of 6 milliseconds, ensuring seamless transitions during power failures.
