## Description

This is a two-pack of the Shelly Plus 2PM Gen3, a smart switch that offers dual-channel control, each supporting up to 16A. Like its predecessor, the Shelly Plus 2PM, it allows for remote control and monitoring of two independent electrical circuits or a bi-directional motor, such as those used in blinds or roller shutters; however, this Gen3 model features an upgraded chipset for enhanced responsiveness and is compatible with Matter, ensuring easier integration and long-term future-proofing.

The Shelly Plus 2PM Gen3 offers a wide array of smart home features and automations, allowing intuitive remote control and management of two separate electrical circuits, such as lighting, curtains, or a bidirectional motor like those used in motorised blinds. Following a quick five-minute installation, ordinary devices and systems equipped with the Shelly Plus 2PM Gen3 can be seamlessly controlled via the free Shelly app over standard home WiFi, without the need for a specialised hub or extra wiring. Additionally, the Shelly Plus 2PM Gen3 includes advanced power metering with 1% accuracy, storing power usage data in the cloud for later analysis.

This Gen3 model improves upon the previous generation, the Plus 2PM, by incorporating a new, in-house developed advanced chip with 8MB of memory for enhanced responsiveness. It also supports Matter for smooth integration with existing smart home systems and includes KNXnet/IP communication, further expanding compatibility with various smart home setups.
