## Description

The DrayTek Vigor 1062C is DrayTek's fastest access point to date, offering up to 6Gbs throughput as a result of its WiFi 6 (802.11ax) AX6000 technology and sophisticated 4X4 OFDMA MU-MIMO design. Perfectly suited for large-scale deployments requiring lightning-fast network speeds delivered to a large number of clients, the VigorAP 1062C can handle up to 256 simultaneous connections and is able to manage up to 50 other access points. Auto-provisioning is possible for APs managed by the 1062C, providing an intuitive hub for high-speed, large scale networking deployments. While the 1062C is a great choice for any enterprise-grade use-case, it's especially capable of handling traffic-dense networks, and would be well-suited for retail, hotel or medical deployments.

The DrayTek Vigor 1062C delivers 1.2Gbps on the 2.4Ghz band and 4.8Gbps on the 5Ghz. Also on offer is a 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 port for extremely high throughput wired connectivity through which it can also support PoE-in, thereby simplifying your network infrastructure and broadening the range of possible deployment locations.

For those large-scale deployments the 1062C is fully compatible with WiFi Mesh, being able to connect to other VigorAPs to seamlessly create a broad network throughout any space to eliminate any connectivity dead-zones, irrespective of how large or complex the area may be. This protocol is further supported by assisted WiFi roaming, a feature that assists WiFi clients to seamlessly transition between APs or routers that offer a stronger network connection with no loss in connectivity. Larger deployments are simplified by the 1062C's centralised AP management, as it's compatible with router-based management for effortless centralised deployment, provisioning and monitoring of the AP itself from a DrayTek router to which it's connected. The 1062C is also able to manage up to 50 APs itself with auto-provisioning for those subsequent APs and full monitoring from a single interface of your entire DrayTek network.
