The Grandstream GWN7662 is a WiFi 6 (802.11ax) access point, delivering an aggregate throughput of 5.38 Gbps across the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, with a 4x4:4 MU-MIMO antenna design featuring OFDMA technology to maximise throughput to each connected device. The GWN7662 can provide connectivity to up to 256 connected devices across a 175m area, and features a rich portfolio of software security and management features.

The Grandstream GWN7662 features WiFi 6 technology, offering a combined throughput of 5.38 Gbps across both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands. This access point is engineered specifically to handle a large number of simultaneously connected clients supporting bandwidth-hungry, latency-sensitive applications like HD video calls and 4K streaming; the GWN7662 features a 4x4:4 MU-MIMO antenna design with OFDMA technology, improving network performance by intelligently handling multiple traffic streams to avoid congestion.

In addition to its high-performance wireless throughput, the GWN7662 also includes 1 x 1G and 1 x 2.5G port to deliver reliable wired network connectivity, as well as three tri-colour LEDs for device monitoring and status indication.

The GWN7662 also supports security and quality of life features such as a secure boot to prevent hacking and built-in QoS, as well as being fully compatible with Grandstream's remote management software GWN.Cloud. For local AP control, the GWN7662 also includes a built-in software controller that can manage up to 50 local GWN access points.
