## Description

The Netgear Insight WAX610-100EUS is a dual-band access point featuring WiFi 6 (802.11ax) technology, able to deliver up to 40% more throughput to devices in the 5Ghz band and 70% more throughput in the 2.4Ghz band than its predecessors. Also featured are upstream and downstream MU-MIMO for maximum efficiency and increased throughput, and some advanced security features like 8 SSIDs and VLAN support. The WAX610 is an excellent access point for high density client device environments such as schools or hotels, and can easily handle demanding applications like large file transfers or HD 4K streaming.

The WAX610-100EUS can provide enterprise-grade wireless connectivity for up to 250 users quickly and efficiently with its MU-MIMO antenna configuration, supplying WiFi 6 (802.11ax) technology with an aggregate throughput of up to 1.8Gbps to compatible devices while still being backwards compatible with previous generation WiFi standard like WiFi 5 (802.11ac).

The WAX610 can also form a seamless WiFi mesh network with other compatible devices such as the WAX610Y, WAC540 or WC564 units, or other WAX610s. For more information about WiFi mesh, read our FAQ!

Also included in the WAX610's slim chassis is an 802.3at 2.5Gbps PoE port for wired network connectivity, and full compatibility with the Netgear Insight app for easy remote deployment and management through the portal.
