The Yealink T31W comes with built-in dual band 2.4Ghz/5Ghz WiFi capabilities, meaning there's no need for a wired ethernet connection like many of the T31W's counterparts such as the T31P. The T31W's built-in dual-band WiFi not only streamlines setup and deployment, but also reduces clutter and keeps users abreast of the latest wireless technology, promising crystal-clear wireless calling.

In addition to a snag-free setup, the T31W also offers HD-quality calling audio with Yealink's industry-leading Smart Noise Filtering Technology which both delivers superior sound quality and intelligent noise-cancelling, as well as coming equipped with enhanced security protocols such as TLS (Transport Layer Security) 1.3, and WPA (WiFi Protected Access) 3.

The T31W is fully compatible with Yealink's Device Management Platform, offering users an opportunity to remotely deploy, manage, and monitor a suite of Yealink phones easily from a simple interface - ideal for call centres, front desks, or other comms-heavy use cases.
