What are the differences between DrayTek's 2865 and 2866 series?

What are the differences between DrayTek's 2865 and 2866 series?

Draytek’s 2865 and 2866 router models are very similar to one another. The key difference between the two ranges is that the Draytek 2866 introduces a G.fast feature, one of the latest copper-based broadband technologies. Those who take advantage of G Fast can experience speedier and smoother speeds than Fibre to the Cabinet (FFTC.)

You may look to switch to a G Fast connection if you are:

  • Downloading & uploading large files
  • Developing apps or producing videos
  • Running video conferencing
  • Storing a large amount of data in the cloud
  • Supporting high density environments (hospitality & retail)
  • Accommodating multiple tenanted offices

You can shop the Draytek 2865 and Draytek 2866 series here.
