How do I return an item?

Sometimes, the product you’ve ordered just isn't right for you. If this is the case, give our support team a quick call, and we can help put you on the right track and find the item that better suits your needs.

If you are sure you'd like to return the item you’ve purchased, don't worry! We make it simple. Just follow these steps below:

  • Log into your account with us, select ‘Orders’ from the menu
  • Find the item you wish to return and select ‘View Order’
  • Once you are looking at your order, click the ‘Raise Return’ button

  • Once you have clicked ‘Raise Return’, please confirm the unit’s Serial Number, return reason, refund or replacement, and any further notes to help us help you best.
  • If the unit you wish to return is faulty, please specify the fault to help us understand the issue you’re experiencing quicker. If you have contacted the manufacturer, please note the RMA number so we can spot the problem easily.

Please ensure that the unit you are returning is appropriately and securely packaged. Returning a product in the manufacturer’s packaging only may cause damage!

If you are returning multiple items, please package them securely to prevent movement in transit which could damage the products.

If you are expecting a replacement, please provide an address to which you would like the repaired/replaced unit sent to.

Please include your returns manifest inside the parcel to help us identify your return as quickly as possible, and address the shipping label to the returns department to ensure your item(s) are received by our dedicated returns team.
