MikroTik Chateau LTE12 is built on the WiFi 5 (802.11ac) standard for fast and responsive wireless connectivity, and offers the option to reserve the 5Ghz channel for devices or tasks that require a completely uninterrupted connection with no interference like HD streaming or gaming.

Similar to the other models in MikroTik's Chateau line of routers such as the MikroTik Chateau 5G, the Chateau LTE12 also features five 10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 ports for stable, wired connectivity, as well as a full-sized USB-A port.

The Chateau's CAT12 LTE means devices can use three network bands at the same time for speeds of up to 600Mbps with carrier aggregation, allowing for excellent load balancing and performance in traffic-dense areas and higher efficiency for places where the signal may be weaker like the countryside. MikroTik have reported seeing internet speed doubling in rural areas after switching over to carrier aggregation, so no need to wait for cable network expansions!
