This is the Gigabit version of the Ubiquiti Instant 802.3af Outdoor Adapter that lets you transform any 24v Passive POE Device into a fully 48V 802.3af compliant product. This add-on units accepts a 48v 802.3af compliant power supply as provided by POE switches and drops the 48v to the 16v to operate Ubiquiti units.
