Designed to expand the functionality of the Yealink T4U series, the EXP43 is a colour expansion module, featuring 20 flexible buttons which are displayed on the EXP43’s large 4.3 inch colour LCD screen. What’s more, these buttons can be programmed with up to 60 various features displayed over 3 pages.
Description
The EXP43 is ideal for expanding the effectiveness of receptionists, administrative assistants and contact centres, managing large call volumes with ease with the ability to daisy-chain up to 3 EXP43s adding an additional 180 keys.
The Yealink T43U, T46U and T48U IP phones can be fully equipped with up to three EXP43 Colour Expansion Modules, while adding 180 additional buttons at most. Three pages of 20 flexible buttons with dual-colour LED shown on the display can be programmed up to 60 various features for speed dialling, BLF/BLA, call forward, transfer, etc. Thus, it will help you effectively manage high volume of concurrent calls, effortlessly monitor calls and greatly boost personal productivity.
