The GS308P is an Unmanaged 8-Port Gigabit Ethernet Switch from Netgear. It has 4-Port PoE facility to provide easy, reliable, and affordable connectivity for IP security cameras, VOIP/Internet-based phones, and non-PoE devices on your SOHO network.

Description

The GS308P is a plug-and-play switch with a compact design and auto-sensing ports. LEDs indicate power, PoE maximum power, link activity, speed, PoE active, and PoE fault for ease of use. Other features include a rugged metal case, auto-MDI/MDIX (eliminating the need for crossover cables), jumbo packet support, and energy-efficient technology for power savings (IEEE 802.3az and short cable power reduction).
