The Netgear GS308PP-100EUS is an unmanaged Gigabit Ethernet Switch, featuring 8 Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 ports which can all supply PoE+ for a total 83W power budget. Each port is capable of supplying PoE+ up to 30W, ideal for powering wireless APs, IP cameras, VoIP phones and access-limited security door locks and cylinders. Also supported is Netgear's FlexPoE integrated flexible PoE+ technology, allowing you to customise the power supply provided to connected devices. As the GS308PP is an unmanaged switch it also requires no setup to begin expanding your network capacity, making this the perfect switch for more complex home offices or SMBs with intricate power and network requirements.
Description
The GS308P features an aggregate non-blocking bandwidth of 16Gbps through its 8 Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 ports, able to disseminate high-speed connectivity and power to a wide variety of devices like routers, access points and VoIP phones. It's engineered to be fanless for increased power efficiency and silent operation, and comes equipped with LED indicators to simplify troubleshooting and monitoring at a glance. The non-blocking switching architecture ensures maximum throughput at wire speed, and the GS308P also supports auto-negotiation for automatic connection at the highest common speed between the switch and any connected devices.
802.3af and 802.3at PoE+ (Power over Ethernet) can be supplied through every port, and Netgear's exclusive FlexPoE protocol allows you to easily expand your PoE budget, growing your network as your business and network requirements grow.
Also featured are a fanless design for increased power usage efficiency and a wall-mounting option for maximum space efficiency.
