Yealink AX86R 5-Line Ruggedised WiFi VoIP Phone

Like Yealink's other WiFi 6 handset, the AX83H, the AX86R contains an embedded dual-band WiFi 6 module and so, unlike most other VoIP phones, doesn't require a base station or physical network connection to work; the AX86R can connect to the network over WiFi and supports 802.11k/v/r roaming to automatically switch between WiFi signals with no loss of connection.

The AX86R, however, also features a ruggedised IP67-rated chassis which can withstand water, dust and drops from up to 1.8m. This handset comes with a rubberised grip to minimise risk of drops when on-the-go, and includes a vibration alarm to ensure no calls are missed in noisy workspaces like warehouses, factory floors and depots.

Despite its durable frame the AX86R doesn't compromise on call quality, with Yealink's HD Voice, AI Noise Cancellation algorithms and Acoustic Shield technology to minimise background noise and prioritise vocal clarity. The handset offers 13 hours of talk time and a 300-hour standby on a single charge, and includes a cradle for quick charging.
