The Ubiquiti UISP AF-11-DUP-H is a high-band duplexer designed for use with the AF-11 point-to-point radio system. The AF-11-DUP-H enables simultaneous transmission and reception of radio signals through a single antenna, improving data transmission rates and expanding the efficiency of the frequency range for the AF-11.
Description
Designed for use with the Ubiquiti UISP AF-11 point to point radio system, the AF-11-DUP-H is a high-band duplexer designed for improving the efficiency of frequency usage for the embedded radios by enabling simultaneous and transmission through the same aerial, improving real-terms throughput and responsiveness for connected devices. The AF-11-DUP-H is specifically optimised to operate on the upper end of the 11GHz spectrum, where it can utilise the relatively less-congested frequencies for signal clarity and reduced interference.
The AF-11-DUP-H has both a high (11.440 – 11.700GHz) and a low (10.940 – 11.200 GHz) channel, both of which can be configured by physically reversing the position of the duplexer. While a single duplexer can enable SISO (Single-In, Single-Out) for the attached AF-11, using a second duplexer allows the AF-11 to operate in MIMO (Multi-In, Multi-Out) mode for even greater throughput capacity and efficiency.
