The HPE Networking Instant On AP22D is a versatile access point designed for both desk and wall mounting. Equipped with WiFi 6 (802.11ax) technology and four 1GbE downlink ports, it's capable of delivering up to 1.7Gbps across both the 2.4 and 5GHz bands. This version also includes a UK PSU, making it an ideal solution for home and office networks requiring dependable WiFi and wired connectivity for devices like VoIP phones, PCs and printers.
Description
The AP22D features a modern, compact design that includes 4 x 1G Ethernet ports for wired connections and WiFi 6 (802.11ax) technology for fast, reliable wireless networking. Both wall mountable or desk-mountable using the compact included stand, the AP22D provides a dependable, compact and user-friendly way to supply WiFi and gigabit ethernet connectivity for wired devices. Notably, two of the four ethernet RJ45 ports can also deliver 15W PoE power for PoE devices like VoIP phones, making it a suitable access point for SOHO installations. This model also includes a UK PSU.
The AP22D comes equipped with LED status indicators for quick and easy troubleshooting and a sophisticated suite of advanced security features, such as a built-in security gateway and firewall, plus WPA2/WPA3/OWE authentication to ensure safe and secure Wi-Fi access. This AP also supports full support for the HPE Networking Instant On free mobile app, enabling remote monitoring and management.
