The TP-Link EAP723 is a dual-band WiFi 7 (802.11be) access point, offering reliable high-speed networking with aggregate speeds of up to 3.6Gbps. The EAP723 features a 2.5G PoE+ WAN port to reduce network bottlenecks, and can support WiFi 7 for over 250 simultaneous connections.
Description
TP-Link's EAP723 is a WiFi 7 (802.11be) access point suitable for a variety of use-cases, from home use and WFH offices to SMBs and retail establishments. The EAP723 can deliver 3.6 Gbps of WiFi 7 across an area of 140m² (1500 ft²), and can be easily adopted into a WiFi mesh network using the Omada Mesh app to cover an even wider range.
To maintain WiFi speeds in demanding areas and ease network bottlenecks, the EAP723 includes wireless features like OFDMA, Load Balancing, Band Steering, Quality of Service and up to 16 SSIDs (eight per radio). Security features include Captive Portal Authentication, great for guest networks, as well as VLANs, Rogue AP Detection and Access Control lists.
The EAP723 can be powered either via 802.3af PoE+ or a DC power adapter (not included). Ideally mounted high up to optimise signal reach, the EAP723 includes a mounting kit for wall and ceiling mounting.
