This entry-level IP Phone supersedes the T46U and maintains a high level of security: including an AES-based security profile, MD5 and MD5-Sess authentication, call encryption, 802.1x media access control and an extensive range of advanced protection systems to safeguard against potential cyberattacks. The T74U also incorporates a dual-system function, enabling you to back up your phone system in advance, therefore preventing downtime caused by upgrade failures. The T74U runs on Linux 6.1 for enhanced security and better performance. As well as this, the TEE hardware encryption solution provides a highly secure data storage experience.

The T74U is fast and simple to deploy, using Zero Touch Provisioning due to Yealink’s Redirection and Provisioning Service (RPS) together with the Boot mechanism that is designed for speed, reliability and easy recovery. In addition, the T74U is part of Yealink’s T7X series, meaning the firmware is shared between all models therefore simplifying management, maintenance and upgrades of the phones.

The T74U incorporates exceptional sound quality and high-definition audio ensuring crystal clear conversations and effortless communication. Featuring a Hall switch handset, this aids towards a quieter office environment. In addition, the USB 2.0 port can be used for USB Headsets and USB recording and customised to your needs. The Yealink T74W also features a Hearing Aid Compatible (HAC) handset, allowing for individuals with hearing impairments to have a smoother and easier experience when using the phone.

The Yealink T74U supports individual customisation featuring up to 5 pages and 50 programmable keys, and can connect to up to 3 Colour Screen Expansion Units for up to 234 programmable keys in total.
