The TP-Link Omada EAP650-Desktop is a dual-band AX3000 WiFi 6 access point delivering speeds up to 2976 Mbps. Featuring four Gigabit Ethernet ports with PoE pass-through, flexible desk or wall mounting, and seamless integration with the Omada SDN platform, it provides reliable high-density connectivity for modern offices and commercial spaces.

Description

The TP-Link Omada EAP650-Desktop brings dual-band AX3000 WiFi 6 connectivity to professional desktop and wall-mount deployments. Powered by 1024-QAM, HE160 channel bandwidth, and OFDMA, it delivers aggregate wireless throughput of up to 2976 Mbps, with 2402 Mbps on 5 GHz and 574 Mbps on 2.4 GHz. Capable of supporting more than 250 concurrent clients, it provides robust, stable coverage across spaces up to 140 square metres.

Equipped with four Gigabit Ethernet ports, the unit acts as a compact switch at the edge of the local network to connect wired clients such as IP phones, workstations, and printers. Flexible power options allow deployment via 802.3at PoE or the supplied 12V DC power adapter, with one port offering PoE pass-through capability to power downstream equipment.

The access point integrates natively into the Omada Software-Defined Networking (SDN) ecosystem for centralised remote management via cloud-based, hardware, or software controllers, alongside the Omada mobile app. Administrators benefit from zero-touch provisioning, Omada Mesh backhaul, 802.11k/v seamless roaming, customisable captive portals, and WPA3 Enterprise wireless security.

  • Dual-band AX3000 WiFi 6 (up to 2976 Mbps)
  • 4 x Gigabit Ethernet ports
  • 802.3at PoE input and PoE pass-through support
  • Omada Mesh and Seamless Roaming
