The DrayTek Vigor 3912 is a powerful enterprise-grade Internet Gateway Router, designed for handling large, complex networks and high-bandwidth applications like HD video streaming or large file transfers. The V3912 includes an 8-WAN interface, with 2x 10G SFP+ ports for ultrafast fibre connectivity, as well as sophisticated VPN (Virtual Private Network) technology that works through firewalls and includes 2-Factor Authentication for secure remote connection. These innovative security features, combined with its ultra-high throughput and smart load-balancing/bandwidth management, makes it an excellent solution for tier 2/3 ISPs, co-working spaces, or any high-demand network.
Description
The DrayTek Vigor 3912 promises 4x the performance of its predecessor, the 3910. Ideally suited to the demanding enterprise-grade network traffic of a busy office or a hotel, the Vigor 3912 switch comes with a powerful 2GHz Quad-Core CPU able to handle even the highest densities of traffic with effortless speed, providing 15.6 Gbps NAT throughput for bi-directional performance.
The Vigor 3912 is also equipped with a sophisticated suite of load-balancing capabilities, able to maximise consistency and speed by utilising multiple internet connection to provide the highest-quality connectivity to your devices. Also included is customisable bandwidth management, enabling you to customise which devices are prioritised by setting schedules or timers.
Security is often at the forefront of DrayTek's design process, and the 3912 is no exception, featuring secure and private VPN (Virtual Private Network) capabilities, sophisticated firewall and content filtering, and 2-Factor Authorisation for AD/LDAP VPN connections to the VPN.
