The SXTsq Embedded LTE4 is a durable, weatherproof outdoor LTE device featuring an integrated 2x2 MIMO directional antenna. Equipped with a built-in eSIM and a physical Nano SIM slot, it delivers reliable, flexible mobile connectivity to remote locations, cabins, and construction sites.

Description

The MikroTik SXTsq Embedded LTE4 is a compact, rugged outdoor wireless device designed to bring reliable internet access to areas where traditional broadband is unavailable. Featuring an integrated 9 dBi 2x2 MIMO directional antenna, this unit improves signal quality and stability by pointing directly toward the nearest cellular tower.

Powered by a modern ARM 32-bit Cortex A7 CPU running at up to 1.2 GHz and 256 MB of RAM, the device runs RouterOS v7. This provides users with a comprehensive networking stack, including advanced routing, firewall protection, VPN support, remote management, and automation scripting. The hardware features a Cat4 LTE modem optimized for EMEA networks, delivering downlink speeds up to 150 Mbps and uplink speeds up to 50 Mbps.

For deployment flexibility, the SXTsq Embedded LTE4 introduces eSIM support alongside a traditional Nano SIM slot. This allows for remote data plan activation and profile switching without physical SIM card handling. Housed in a rugged IP67-rated enclosure, the device is built to withstand harsh outdoor environments from -40°C to +70°C, operating efficiently with a maximum power consumption of just 5 W via passive PoE-in.
