This is a bundle of the DrayTek Vigorswitch P1282, a 24-port network switch with PoE+ and 4 x SFP ports, and the DrayTek VigorAP 962C, a WiFi 6 (802.11ax) access point. These devices, in conjunction with each other, offer robust and high-speed network connectivity and AX3000 WiFi for up to 256 clients.
Description
Featuring 24 x PoE+ RJ45 LAN ports, the VSP1282 is ideal for powering connected IP phones, IP cameras and wireless access points, with the 400 watt PoE power budget providing power over Ethernet through each of its PoE / PoE+ enabled Gigabit LAN ports.
The VSP1282 also offers a rich suite of software capabilities, providing VLAN support with dedicated voice and surveillance VLANs, port mirroring and an access control list for port and traffic level security.
For high-speed and dependable WiFi this bundle also includes a VigorAP 962C, providing WiFi 6 connectivity for an aggregate dual-band throughput performance of up to 3Gbps. The AP962C is capable of delivering these speeds to high-density environments, with a maximum of 256 connected clients by virtue of the access point's 2X2 MIMO antennas, and is mesh-compatible with other DrayTek access points to maximise coverage throughout the installation space.
Similar to the VSP1282, this access point is also robust, high-performance and feature-rich, supporting WPA3 connection encryption, SSIDs, and master AP management for provisioning, monitoring and management of up to eight mesh VigorAPs. The VAP962C is also fully compatible with PoE+-In, meaning it can seamlessly draw both power and network connection from the VSP1282 switch.
