The HPE Aruba Networking 2930F 48G PoE+ 4SFP+ Switch (JL256A) is a high-performance 52-port layer 3 access switch built for modern digital workplaces. Featuring 48 Gigabit PoE+ RJ45 ports with a 370W power budget and 4 dedicated 10G SFP+ uplink slots, it delivers fast, reliable, and manageable enterprise connectivity.

Description

The HPE Aruba Networking 2930F 48G PoE+ 4SFP+ Switch (JL256A) is designed for enterprise environments optimising unified wired and wireless networks. Equipping 48 Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 ports with PoE+ capability and a robust 370W power budget, it delivers efficient data and power delivery to connected devices such as IP phones, surveillance cameras, and access points.

Equipped with four dedicated 10G SFP+ transceiver slots, the switch provides high-speed uplink connectivity to support bandwidth-intensive applications without bottlenecks. Performance is driven by a Dual Core ARM Cortex A9 processor operating at 1016 MHz, alongside 1 GB DDR3 SDRAM, delivering a total switching capacity of 176 Gbps with up to 112 Mpps throughput.

Network administration is simplified through flexible management options, including Aruba Central, Aruba AirWave Management Software, HPE IMC, and command-line interface (CLI) or web-based tools. Out-of-band management via serial RS-232C or micro USB further enhances control for seamless operation and deployment.
