The Ubiquiti UniFi UXG-Max is a compact, multi-WAN UniFi gateway, featuring 2.5GbE support for extremely high-speed networking and data transfer. The UXG-Max offers up to 1.5Gbps routing with IDS/IPS and 4 x 2.4GbE LAN ports, one of which is remappable to WAN, facilitating enterprise-grade networking capabilities for small-to-medium sites and traffic densities.
Description
Featuring an intuitive plug-and-play design, the Ubiquiti UniFi UXG-MAX boasts up to 15 times the routing performance of its predecessor, the USG, offering full 2.5GbE support across all five of its RJ45 ports. Included in the UXG-MAX's compact chassis are 4 x 2.5 GbE RJ45 LAN ports, one of which can be remapped to WAN, as well as a dedicated 2.5GbE RJ45 WAN port.
Also supported is Multi-WAN load balancing for the most efficient traffic and load distribution, keeping data flowing smoothly and providing redundancy and failover protocols, as well as a suite of other performance-enhancing features like WiFi QoS with other UniFi APs, application and device type identification, and detailed internet quality reporting.
The UXG-MAX also hosts a number of sophisticated security and advanced networking protocols, such as OpenVPN support for remote work, application-aware firewall rules, VLAN/subnet based traffic segmentation and a full stateful firewall.
