The AmpliFi HD Router is part of Ubiquiti's residential mesh wireless range. Utilising powerful antennas and the latest in 802.11ac WiFi technology, the AFI-R AmpliFi Mesh Router provides exceptional WiFi speeds. AmpliFi’s multi-radio Wi-Fi system eliminates dead spots utilising mesh point technology to provide premium, ubiquitous Wi-Fi coverage for home with demanding network needs. There is a smart LCD touchscreen display at the front to quickly provide information regarding the device's current performance, and you have the option of easily managing the router from your phone using the dedicated app.

More Information - Ubiquiti AFI-R-UK Router

This AmpliFi Router is compatible with 802.11a/b/g/n/ac WiFi network standards and operates on the 2.4 GHz band supporting data speeds of up to 450 Mbps and the 5 GHz band supporting data speeds up to 1300 Mbps. Additionally users benefit from up to 26 dBm transmit power along with a dual-band tri-polarity antenna providing a strong, reliable signal. Along with enhanced wireless connectivity, users can connect Ethernet enabled devices to any of the four Gigabit Ethernet ports located on the back of the router.

AmpliFi’s app directly links AmpliFi devices to your smartphone via Bluetooth LE. With a simple, intuitive setup, you can manage your new network, monitor ISP speeds, invite guests, and oversee network security. The mobile app is available for both iOS and Android platforms for instant setup and easy management. Stay informed with speed tests, advanced connected device reporting, and seamless guest controls.

You can also expand your networking solution by purchasing the AmpliFi MeshPoints: AFI-P-HD-UK to add to your Router, to help further tackle black spots and areas of poor coverage. The HD Mesh Points also include LED signal strength indicators and can also be managed in the dedicated app.
